- VPurchasing online I hadn't seen/toughed the product and function wise its a smiggen too big to fit in a buttoned work shirt pocket easily which is a bit of a negative. However the website was easy, the parcel arrived in a reasonable time with the Christmas postal delays and an unscheduled trip into a larger centre saw me seeing the exact same product for sale in shops for almost double the price. Overall as a new user of this product I'm currently very happy, time will tell how sturdy and long lasting it is.Vicki Van Bael

- AThere is no faulting the product but I was a little disappointed with some delivery issues. I ordered and paid the going rate and at no point was I warned I would be liable for customs fees or handling fees. I was forced to pay over £12 extra to get the item from the PO and it is not something GB are willing To cover although have made a token gesture. These fees should be clearer and GB should not lie about price on declaration to make postage cheaper for them.Andrew Woodman
