Product never received and all attempts to obtain a replacement or refund fell on deaf ears. Customer service is not gadget booootiques strong point. I will be embracing their policy of open communication by spreading the word that they're a company best avoided at all costs.
Reply from Gadgets Boutique: Item was sent with tracking and signature as proof of delivery.
"Your item, posted on 10/08/16 with reference RX547692890DE was delivered in STREATHAM PDO on 11/08/16." Royal Mail. Tracking information was provided to the customer and if he disputes the records, a complaint should be made with Royal mail.
