Delivery Update - Covid 19 - July

Update 1st July.

Recent updates from postal service and tracking information show, most deliveries are now back to normal.

If a product is in stock, we can expect goods to be delivered within 1-4 business days for local deliveries and 5-10 business days for international.

Regional or destination with less direct flights may still experience delays.

All major metropolitan and international destination are now operating closer to normal lead times.

We are living in uncertain times and it goes without saying, there are news flash about people fighting over toilet paper and pantry items. Fortunately we are past the chaos, but the closure of airports and restriction on movement means there are more hiccups and delays in the coming weeks

I know we are all super keen to get their hands on the latest gadgets, but please also understand, with airfreight grounded, boarders closed. Movement of goods will be restricted. That means, products may be unavailable, because it is sold out (really it is that simple).

According to the post, there is 2-3x increased parcel volume for the month of April alone.

We are a small family business, we do what is right by people, If a product is out of stock, we will first try to source it or provide you with an alternative (if it's available) or we will issue you a refund.  Either way, we will let you know.

We will do our part and ensure goods are sent daily, but what we can't control are the actual transit times. Generally speaking, it can take twice as long for goods to be delivered.

We are super appreciative of your understanding and support over the years.

God bless, stay safe and take care.
